Holiday Pricing Factors for 1st Time Installation
- Typically our average homes are between $1,000 and $2,500, depending on the following:
- The square-footage of the area to be decorated.
- The Height of your home. 2nd-3rd floor installations have a higher cost
- The number of lighted trees and/or bushes
- The number of options, such as garland, wreaths, and spotlights
- The price estimate above is for 1st year installation; you purchase the lights in year-one and pay only installation cost in following years
- Second year pricing is typically up to 20% less.
- We maintain a $995 minimum for all jobs
All Pricing Includes:
- The lights and decorations
- Unlike other companies we don’t rent & lease; you own the decorations
- The Installation labor cost. (with no increase from the original quote)
- Service throughout the season to adjust your display, (when necessary)
- Removal of all lights and decorations after the holidays
- Storage of your decorations off-site for re-installation next year.
- A warranty on all materials and our Satisfaction Guarantee.
- Subsequent years only incur the cost of re-installation, as your lights and decorations were paid for in year-one,
