Holiday Lighting Pricing Factors for 1st Time Installation
- Typically, our average homes are between $1,000 and $2,500, depending on the following:
- The square footage of the area to be decorated.
- The Height of your home – 2nd and 3rd-floor installations have a higher cost
- The number of lighted trees and/or bushes
- Additional options, such as garland, wreaths, and spotlights
- The price estimate above is for first-year installation. In year one, you purchase the lights and pay for installation.
- In following years, you pay only for installation – typically up to 20% less than the first year.
- Minimum job price for holiday lighting is $995.
Other Services Minimum Pricing:
- Landscape Lighting – $2,500 minimum
- Permanent Lighting – $2,500 minimum
- Bistro Lighting – $2,500 minimum
- Commercial Lighting – $2,500 minimum
Note: Each project is customized to fit your property, design goals, and lighting needs. Final pricing may vary depending on the size and scope of your project.
All Pricing Includes:
- The lights and decorations.
- Unlike other companies we don’t rent & lease; you own the decorations.
- The Installation labor cost. (with no increase from the original quote)
- Service throughout the season to adjust display, (when necessary)
- Removal of all lights and decorations after the holidays.
- Storage of your decorations off-site for re-installation next year.
- A warranty on all materials and our Satisfaction Guarantee.
- Subsequent years will incur only the cost of re-installation, as your lights and decorations were paid for in year-one.
- Pricing is guaranteed for three-year terms provided no material design changes occur.
- At the conclusion of each three-year term, pricing automatically renews for an additional three-year period unless otherwise agreed in writing. Adjustments at renewal may reflect foliage growth, labor, fuel, materials, and operational inflation.
